In 1884, a handful of Colorado mountain folk banded together to build a one-room school for their remote community. School's out, but the neighborly camaraderie continues to this day. The Indian Park School House Association (IPSHA) unites generations of rural western Douglas County residents in a multitude of positive efforts, while actively preserving the Indian Park School House site and the region's rich local history.
